CONDITION: While the majority of my items are NEW, I will also list used patterns. Booklets, leaflets, and charts may have creases, bends, pricetag remnants/residue, shelf wear, and/or writing.
PLEASE NOTE: Smokers are allowed in our home, and while I do all I can to ensure my items are not exposed, I cannot guarantee that items are smoke free.
SHIPPING: I will combine shipping on multiple purchases. Insurance is optional. Shipment will be via USPS First Class mail, unless noted otherwise - typically within 24-48 hours of receiving payment. I ship out Monday through Friday only.
CANADIAN BUYERS: I will gladly mail to Canada, please contact me for shipping costs.
INVOICING: If you are purchasing multiple items, please wait for an invoice so you can receive the discounted shipping. I love to combine shipping and save you money.
CUSTOMER SERVICE: Customer satisfaction is very important to me. If, for some reason, an item has been grossly misrepresented, please contact me immediately so we may come to an agreement.
